Mr. Baumber was employed by Zen Systems Ltd in a senior sales role from 1st April 2025 to 27th June 2025. He was introduced to us via a recruitment agency and presented a CV, employment history, and LinkedIn profile consistent with the role requirements.
During his time with the company, he submitted:
Zen Systems Ltd paid salary, onboarding commissions, and reimbursed expenses based on these submissions.
On 27th June 2025, Mr. Baumber resigned unexpectedly, citing personal health reasons and stating that all pending opportunities were indefinitely paused.
Following his resignation, Zen Systems Ltd initiated a routine internal audit which revealed a number of inconsistencies and gaps in the records supporting the reported opportunities, meetings, and expenses submitted during his employment..
We have reported the matter to the police and to Action Fraud, and have submitted supporting documentation as part of an ongoing investigation.
It is a matter of public record that Mr. Neil Baumber of Ruddington, Nottinghamshire was convicted of hotel fraud and sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court in 2013.
