This site has been published to share factual information regarding Mr. Neil Baumber, following a recent employment engagement with Zen Systems Ltd between April and June 2025.
Summary of Events
Mr. Baumber was employed by Zen Systems Ltd in a senior sales role beginning 1st April 2025. During his three-month tenure, he submitted sales forecasts and presented opportunities that were later found to be entirely fabricated.
All contact names and companies entered into our CRM system were genuine. However, upon direct follow-up, each contact confirmed they had no knowledge of Mr. Baumber or any business opportunities he claimed to be developing.
Zen Systems Ltd provided Mr. Baumber with salary, onboarding commissions, and reimbursed expense claims based on those representations.
Following his resignation on 27th June 2025, Zen Systems Ltd initiated an internal audit and identified extensive deception. All expenses claimed by Mr. Baumber were fraudulent, as no client meetings ever took place.
The matter has since been reported to the police, and all evidence has been submitted.
